Our Code of Ethics is the Mission Statement Guiding Our Actions


On 12 June 2024, we adopted a canon of values developed by the entire team. We have pledged to comply with its guidance both internally and externally. We taken an open and constructive approach to address any breach of this ethical corporate culture.
 

  • Our substantive competence and our wide-ranging professional know-how in the real estate industry constitute the foundation of our consultancy work.
  • We continuously put ourselves to the test. An open mind for new things is a basic prerequisite for lasting success in the interest of both our clients and ourselves. We are eager to learn, to get creative and to maintain a constant dialogue of ideas in a collaborative effort to develop solutions and to promote innovation.
  • We are more than the sum of our parts. In our pursuit of shared objectives, we know that these can only be achieved together – through team work, mutual assistance and integrity. That is why we appreciate and deliberately cultivate team cohesion.
  • We want to keep growing – both as a company and, above all, as individuals. We assume responsibility and are accountable for our decision and actions. Doing so is as much second nature to us as are personal initiative and the willingness to go the extra mile.

Our aspiration is to understand the business models of our clients, and to read their communication briefs from the client perspective. It is the bedrock foundation of our acceptance as a communication consultancy. Openness and transparency are also the principles governing our proposal preparation and our proofs of performance.
